We are convinced that your family, your friends, and most of all yourself will find a dish you really like and enjoy from our Menu

All our meals are purely German Cuisine and a good cross-selection of German Cuisine from the North to the South.

Oh and just to inform you that all our meals are generous and you certainly do not need a magnifying glass to see the meat on your plate. Best advice I can give is if you come hungry. Did you hear about our “full tummy” guarantee?

Our Entrée Menu offers for every taste bud something delicious, and we offer the following entrees:

Hamburger Rinderbraten - Tender Roast Beef, one of the best primal cuts (Rump) baked in the oven, sliced into 229gr portions, served with fried potatoes, red cabbage and sauce $28.90

Chicken Fricassee - tender Chicken Breasts and Fillets, cooked to perfection with Champignons, Asparagus, fresh cream, white Wine in a delicious sauce, served in two Vol au Vents. $27.90

Kasseler Rippenspeer - Pork Loin cured for a few days, hot smoked, cut to selected Pork portions, served with Sauerkraut and mashed Potatoes.. $28.50

Chicken Cordon bleu, -totally lean Chicken Breasts filled with Ham and Cheese, seasoned, crumbed, fried, and served with potatoes and Vegetables or Gypsy sauce. $28.90

Rehruecken Steaks Venison steaks, marinated in brandy, red wine, pan fried, served with mushroom brandy sauce and delicious Spaetzle $31.90

Hasen Braten, “Baden Baden” baked white Rabbit, Baden Baden Style, served on a bed of carrots, plus Bavarian Dumplings & delicious sauce $31.90
Jaegerschnitzel - Hunter Schnitzel, champignons, onion, white wine, tomato paste, bacon, sour cream make the delicious topping,served with our home-made noodles. $28.90

Allgaeuer Spaetzle Pfanne - our new delicious Vegetarian meal, Spaetzle (home-made noodles) pan fried with onion, champignons, fresh cream, selection of cheeses, served with salad. $26.90
Schweinefillet in Rahm - Pork Fillet Medallions, pan fried with champignons. fresh and sour cream, served with fried potatoes. $30.90

Muenchener Schweinshaxe the best oven roasted Pork Hock outside Munich. That is truly a Bavarian specialty, and we are so glad to be able to offer you that Bavarian experience. You will not find this meal in Brisbane again. Served with Sauerkraut and Bavarian Dumplings. Please give us 4 hours notice $31.90

Tiroler Schweinebraten Pork-roast, like it is done in Tirol, very succulent and tender. Served with Bavarian Dumplings & Sauerkraut $28.90

Holzfaeller Steak - Wood-cutters steak, trimmed Sirloin-steak. Fresh weight min. 240 gr. Marinated in Olive Oil & red wine for at least 24 hours, Pan fried to your liking and served with mushroom brandy sauce and delicious Spaetzle $29.50
Deutsche Rinder Roulade - Beef-Roulade (thin slices of the best primal cut) filled with ham, pork mince, served with red cabbage and mashed potatoes. $28.90

Bayrischer Bauernschmaus - Bavarian Dinne, a selection of true German Sausages, (Frankfurt, Weisswurst,Nuermberger) and a slice of smoked loin. Served with Sauerkraut and mashed potatoes $29.90

Hungarian Goulash - very lean beef, cooked as a stew, originating from Hungary. Cooked with pepper, paprika, garlic, red wine, served with Spaetzle . $27.90

Nuernberger Rostbratwuerstchen - those Sausages originating from the town of Nurmberg and are a speciality in Bavaria. with Sauerkraut & Mashed Potato. $27.90
Gebratene Ente, 1/2 Duck - Oven roasted, a very festive meal in any language. We serve our roasted Duck with red cabbage with the choice of dumplings. Please pre-order at least 4 hours before $31.90

Regenbogen Forelle "Muellerin" - a whole Trout from Tasmania, Pan-fried, sprinkled with roasted Almonds and garnished with herb butter rose and served with pan fried potatoes $28.90

Grill Teller Grill platter like the Germans like it. A selection of Meats, (Steak, Pork chop, Chicken Fillet, Fried Weisswurst, Nuremberg Sausage, Potato-Salad, Cabbage Salad, Cucumber Salad $31.90

Childrens Menu

Apart from Peter Pan’s favourite dinner we have other Children’s Meals to choose from, and we know that our smaller guests will enjoy a visit to the Black Forest. Children will receive (with Mum and Dads permission) a free scoop of Ice Cream with their favourite topping. (That is if you have eaten your dinner) Apart from Peter Pan’s dinner we offer other meals for children and can adapt to specific requirements

Our Dessert Menu will appeal to everyone:

  • Banana Honey Walnut Crepe, the name reveals all, a sweet treat with fresh whipped cream pr Vanilla Ice-Cream
  • Heavens delight, our freshly made Waffle topped with Morello Cherries and served originally with fresh whipped Cream, but you also can have it with Ice-Cream
  • Richard’s little Secret, our most sold Dessert, a Vanilla Pudding topped with traditional Rum-Pot. That one is surely very yummy but only for grown-ups.
  • The Crepe Hansl & Gretel liked, sooooooooooooooooo much that the witch was able to catch them, a fresh made Crepe filled with Strawberry Jam.
  • Vanilla Ice-Cream, served with fresh Cream and a small surprise for all Children up to the age of 99
  • European Cakes and Tortes, are on display in the Cake Cabinet. Just choose the one’s you like

From the 17th of May until the end of winter we will serve every Thursday our famous Cooked Eisbein (cured pork Knuckle) with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes.
