Bratenauswahl - Choices of delicious Roasts, (Wild Pig, Turkey, Prime Beef) served with your choice of side dishes, (Please advise staff) and sauce $31.90

Bregenwurst & Gruenkohl North-Germany's favourite winter-time meal. Smoked Mettwurst from lower Saxonia, one slice of Kassler, one slice of delicious Kaiser-fleisch, served with mashed potatoes and Gruenkohl (Kale) $30.90

Kasseler Rippenspeer - Pork Loin cured for a few days, hot smoked, cut to selected Porkportions, served with Sauerkraut and mashed Potatoes.. $28.50

Chicken Cordon bleu, -totally lean Chicken Breasts filled with Ham and Cheese, seasoned, crumbed, fried, and served with potatoes and Vegetables or Gypsy sauce. $28.90

Holzfaeller Steak - Wood-cutters steak, trimmed Sirloin-steak. Fresh weight min. 240 gr. Marinated in Olive Oil & red wine for at least 24 hours, Pan fried to your liking and served with mushroom brandy sauce and delicious Spaetzle $29.50
Deutsche Rinder Roulade - Beef-Roulade (thin slices of the best primal cut) filled with ham, pork mince, served with red cabbage and mashed potatoes. $28.90

Nuernberger Rostbratwuerstchen - those Sausages originating from the town of Nurmberg and are a speciality in Bavaria. with Sauerkraut & Mashed Potato. $27.90
Gebratene Schweinshaxe und gebratene Entek - Oven roasted Pork-Hock and our oven roasted Duck are unique in Brisbane. We are so glad to provide both dishes to you but we would like to have at least 4 hours notice for your order. Both dishes come with traditional side dishes $31.90

Regenbogen Forelle" - a whole Trout from Tasmania, Pan-fried, sprinkled with roasted Almonds and garnished with herb butter rose and served with pan fried potatoes $28.90

Champignon-schnitzel - Schnitzel from the best primal cut, lean and tender topped with Champignons in a creamy sauce, served with Speatzle (Noodles) $28.90

Childrens Menu

Apart from Peter Pan’s favourite dinner we have other Children’s Meals to choose from, and we know that our smaller guests will enjoy a visit to the Black Forest. Children will receive (with Mum and Dads permission) a free scoop of Ice Cream with their favourite topping. (That is if you have eaten your dinner) Apart from Peter Pan’s dinner we offer other meals for children and can adapt to specific requirements

Our Dessert Menu will appeal to everyone:

  • Banana Honey Walnut Crepe, the name reveals all, a sweet treat with fresh whipped cream pr Vanilla Ice-Cream
  • Heavens delight, our freshly made Waffle topped with Morello Cherries and served originally with fresh whipped Cream, but you also can have it with Ice-Cream
  • Richard’s little Secret, our most sold Dessert, a Vanilla Pudding topped with traditional Rum-Pot. That one is surely very yummy but only for grown-ups.
  • The Crepe Hansl & Gretel liked, sooooooooooooooooo much that the witch was able to catch them, a fresh made Crepe filled with Strawberry Jam.
  • Vanilla Ice-Cream, served with fresh Cream and a small surprise for all Children up to the age of 99
  • European Cakes and Tortes, are on display in the Cake Cabinet. Just choose the one’s you like

From the 17th of May until the end of winter we will serve every Thursday our famous Cooked Eisbein (cured pork Knuckle) with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes.
